Communication needs to be better, mainly because the check in is not at the property address but at the hotel that is 6 min walk from there. An email prior to arrival with instructions would have been extremely helpful. The area is safe, one min to Sta Maria Maggiori, 5 min to Termini... excellent for public transport and also to walk - most important landmarks are 20-25 min away.

I chose this apartment because it was advertised as suitable for a family with children. The location is great — right in the center of Rome, close to many cafés and restaurants, and relatively quiet. However, the apartment is far too small for a family. The bathroom is tiny, and while the sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spots, it’s placed right by the entrance with transparent doors, offering no privacy at all. There was also a strong, unpleasant sewage smell that we couldn’t get rid of. The cleanliness was disappointing — damp stains on the ceiling and a poorly cleaned bathroom. The spa mentioned in the listing is actually located in a partner hotel about 10 minutes away. It’s supposed to fit up to eight people, but even with just three of us, it felt cramped. It was also quite dirty, with mold on the walls. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place — neither for its quality nor for its price.

There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom that we couldn't stop at all - ended up just leaving the windows open when we could, but that only partially worked. The room was nice otherwise, but communication was very poor (no response to the whatsapp # that was supposed to be monitored 24/7 and not clear up front this is a 10 min walk from Hotel 77). Our room was on the fourth floor with a narrow staircase (also watch your head on the stairs, they're very low), so would not recommend for heavy bags. We also had very spotty wifi here.
