Please check the Google reviews! This place is NOT as advertised. I have never left a bad review before but I need to make sure people know about this place. My room was dusty, hot and stuffy with no windows or AC. Stained bedding and mattress, hair on bedding, stains on the carpet. Picture half hanging off the wall, cracked bathroom tiles and dirty shower floor. It was so bad I couldn’t stay there and had to leave to find a new place.

OK check in (there's no external reception, you have to call a number and the receptionist greets you). Mainly clean (the laminate flooring hadn't been properly swept though). Quiet. Slightly small single bed in twin room (I should have gone for a double). Ensuite and kitchen were perfectly clean and functional. Be aware there is no lift - my room was up 4 flights of stairs.

This was a fantastic location on Kensington High Street with great facilities which were modern and clean with a high spec. Excellent management. Would highly recommend.
