I had a great stay! Communication was on-point, easy and seamless. My condo was the partial ocean view and you can see the ocean. The condo is only about a 2block walk over to the beach. What makes the communication and check-in process effective and smooth is after you book to check your email for a email coming from NÓMADA DESTINATION RESIDENCES. Here you can take care of your check-in process, request early access and so forth. That portal also helps you get a feel for restaurants, attractions and shopping that’s all around you. Plus more. The condo was very well maintained, absolutely worth the trip and was very clean. There is an extra charge if you want additional cleaning done throughout your stay which I don’t like you would have to pay for but is what it is. Next time I’m back in Miami this place will absolutely be at the top of my list.
