For a $100 deposit that i might not get, it was by far the worse stay i have had in Maine. There was no tub; the sink was outside the bathroom; there was chipped paint along the door borders and walls; the dead bolts lock to the room was covered in electric tape( as well as non functioning), and the shower was small and cramped. All and do not recommend.

Cute little property, convenient to everything. Very friendly staff/owner. Good enough for the price. Cleaner than a lot of places. Other guests are frequently not very conducive to sleeping or quiet.

Overall, it was ok. The room had a hole in the floor that was covered by the carpet, and the sink wasn’t in the bathroom. The bathroom was small, but usable. The pool was amazing! The concrete around the pool was heaving and definitely needs to be repaired. The decking in there also needs to be repaired as we got slivers from it. There was a lot of traffic, and people outside with all of their belongings, just sitting there. Not a bad location, to the beach or other amenities, but it was ok.
