Booked this hotel during a 22 hour drive. Booked through hotels.com which I always do, but messed up the dates. Generally can just have the hotel change the dates of the booking. But, the woman working said she was new and did not know how to do that. So instead she canceled my booking and had me rebook for the correct dates, ensuring me they would have the original booking refunded when requested through hotels.com. Now a week later, after probably 15 calls and 10 emails, the manager cannot be reached and the hotel will not refund my original booking that they canceled without the managers approval. Hotels.com has tried repeatedly to reach the manager as well and they can't either. If they fix this, I'll change this review.
