There is no reception to check in or open the door! Door was locked from the outside, phone number not working, WhatsApp msg not read no reply!!! Was standing outside under hot sun for more than 40 mins! Finally a guest open the door! No receptionist to check in, capsule access card was simply place at the counter!!!
