The staff said they had no record of my reservation and wouldn't let me check in. I showed my email confirmation and they said they couldn't find me in their system. They also said the hotel was fully booked and they couldn't make a new reservation for me.

Ok for the price. Bus stop out front takes you to Amtrak or the outlet stores. The hotel is 40 feet from McDonald's

The property was absolutely filthy. The room was horrid. During the dayvwhike out staff came in and shoved our dirty clothes in with clean . Our door was broken. We where locked out for almost 2 hrs at 1 am noone was on property to assist the bathroom was disgusting . This is the worse experience we have had in williamsburg or a property booked thru expedia. I should be able to upload the pictures
