Our bathroom had black mold, room window broken, all night outside noise. Requested new room, clean but another broken window. Worst hotel experience

The hotel was nice, very comfortable. The staff was warm and welcoming!The hot breakfast could use some improvement. The oatmeal pot didn’t seem to have been turned on at all and so it was cold and runny.
