The room provided is not acceptable. There was no window and no ac control not functioning too. Lesson learn, there was no apology. Stay out of this hotel you might end “baking” at 3 am.

Very noisy aircondition. Sound from surrounding rooms. Friendly and welcoming reception. Great location in Burgos.

This hotel is very well located. close to everything. Great restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and I felt that I received more than I was expecting.
