I arrived after 5.00pm after a long drive from London. I was given the key by the lady who was friendly to room 11 which was an annex building room. I asked for a WIFI code she gave me the details. On entry into the room it was very cold so I had to turn up the heating. Still didn't make any difference. The WIFI didn't function. I went back to speak to her about this issue. She apologised. I asked her about food she mentined they had closed the bar etc and if I wanted food would need to drive to Wincanton - 7.7 miles away to get a variety of food. Due to this I decided I was not going to stay put. I had to drive to Glastonbury and paid for a premier inn for the night instead. I vehemently request a refund please as not happy about that either.

Very old place, nice and quirky but room 2 was very basic and the shower dribbled out. Also no breakfast ssrved the following morning.
