Difficult access, reception time restricted (or an extra), no dinner or nearby restaurant, card charged twice (different amounts0 so require refund. Please advise when this will be made.

Staff is terrible.No response against our requirements and questions. P rice is too expensive.Almost no service. We cancelled the one night. I recommend you not to stay.
