room packed expected, but without air conditioner in a hot day, hard to sleep or so. I did not come back and I would appreciate you comply with my extra fee

When we got to the destination, the room was not ready for us to check in to. There was no call prior to let us know, nor were there any accommodations for having to wait 5 hours after initial check in time (2pm) to actually get to bring our bags in and relax. Called multiple times to check in and see if the room was ready and was either sent to VM or just ignored. Once receiving our room, we found out the previous tenant was kicked out the room. Their stuff was just laying in the hallway. We had a concert to go to and could not lock our door w/ our belongings because previous tenant had the key. Once we arrived back Receptionist assured us that our key was in the room and we could lock the door. Upon the receptionist leaving at 11 pm, previous tenant came to our door and was trying to show us that she had been kicked out the room but her money was still taken from property. Once we woke up in the morning, we found out that the mother and daughter were sleeping on the couch in the common area. First time trying a Hostel, this will be the last.
