Cleanliness should be improved. This hotel has a close proximity to Niagara falls.

I did NOT like this hotel. I am used to staying in 2 and 3 star hotels, but this one beats them all in dirt, filth, badly stained carpets, unfriendly hotel personnel, and I can go on... thank God I was there just to sleep and go on to Niagara Falls. I am NOT a fan of this hotel, and will NOT be staying there ever again.

It was horrible place. Bad service. No cleaning stuff in bathroom. No hair dryer. No one at the front desk from 11 pm to 11 am in the morning.
