I like the way the area was it was close to shopping center I love the pool area the game room area with excellent it was real quiet things that I didn't like was that didn't have sheets for the pull out couch the door did not work and the porch was not cleaned could use more utilities in the kitchen like knives and the refrigerator could had a ice maker would have been more useful it has two ice trays but the ice trays were broken

I had booked 2 rooms, a one bedroom and a 2 bedroom as I had 8 people travelling with me. I had called twice to verify, when I arrived at the hotel (after hours which I also called to inform the resort), they did not have any of my rooms. After 2 hours, I finally got the 2 bedroom which the security guard (lovely man) was proud he got us a room (no key) to a room that will sleep all 8. I showed him my pre paid document regarding I had 2 separate rooms and I would like to have my 1 bedroom as well, Eventually at midnight, got both the rooms I had paid for. I was told the next day, one of the rooms was given away as I was listed as a no show and I should have called. I told them I did call.. several times to assure nothing like this would happen.. and it did happen. There was no documentation I had ever called. There is no food on site, do not expect to arrive late and grab a bitte to eat. The resort is not close to anything and has no place to eat.
