Room was soooo dirty .. walls were dirty n gross .. rug was dirty and that vacuum floor was not mopped. There was roaches.

While it may not be the Fairfield Marriott, it is a well maintained hotel. The office staff are very accommodating. You do have all amenities you need for day to day life. Security is outstanding and from personal experience, Elsa is the best housekeeper they have, by far. Though they are just getting started, it'll be worth the wait to see how exceptional they get.

NIGHTMARE!!! My worst hotel experience ever!!!I did not know that there is a hotel existing like this one!! I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival—clearly not cleaned at all after the guests who stayed there before me. The most concerning issue was the bedding, which looked like it hadn’t been changed at all. The sheets were wrinkled, stained, and did not feel fresh, which made it very uncomfortable to stay.The only thing the front desk can offer was to give me a fresh sheets and pillow cases and there was no available room person staff who can help me at that time. I did not stay and ask to front desk to make a refund. Cleanliness is a basic expectation when staying at any hotel, and this place failed completely in that regard. It gave the impression that guest hygiene and comfort are not taken seriously. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone unless significant improvements are made in housekeeping and overall maintenance. BE AWARE,PEOPLE!!!
