Room was okay. No power outlet in the bathroom and shower had water pressure issues. The free WiFi is dreadful—just a ploy to get you to upgrade to faster WiFi for a charge. Staff aren’t courteous. No early check in even if your room is ready.

The room is a decent size for central London. The bathroom smelled like mold, and I sprayed air freshener constantly. Otherwise, it's a very basic room. Elevators, lights, and everything else worked. Surprisingly quiet given the location. Excellent location, steps away from Chinatown and all the theaters.

Room a bit old and out of date. This is probably common for Inn. All good if you are not expecting hotel quality. Breakfast was great and staff friendly.
