Breakfast was hot and fresh. Rooms were well stocked and clean. Parking was well lit. Staff were very friendly. My only complaint was we checked in late in the evening with a reservation and the room we were givien was facing the street. Loud music is played until 10pm which the front desk told us when we tried to change rooms. We also heard loud street noise until 3 am. we have stayed at this hotel several times without having a room facing the street. My suggestion is check in early. We also paid the same price as we would have if we werent facing the street.

Great location, walking distance to College Town and likely to campus if you're there for a long enough time to get comfortable.

Noisy as hell. There was a side walk concert right below our room that we were not told about when we checked in. Also cars raced outside our window all night. Don't stay there if you want to sleep.
