Took a minute to be checked in. Room was very clean staff was polite but very short felt like a good area

Upon check-in, the front desk agent was very pleasant until she found out it was a third party reservation. She became very rude with myself and thehotels.com agent that tried to rectify the situation by calling and speaking with her directly. She then stated she could not find my reservation and continued to push that if I had booked directly through them this kind of thing wouldn't have happened. She never "found my reservation" and had to make other accommodations. This was the worst experience checking into a hotel I've had in a very long time And I travel for business weekly.

Just a basic room that served what we needed. Arrived late, needed a first floor room, but the key wouldn’t work for the last first floor room they had. She opened it with her master key, which I appreciated, since she could have switched us to an upstairs room. Slept well. Quiet night. Breakfast was good. Protein like eggs, sausage included with the usual.
