I am very disappointed! I paid more for this hotel because it claimed to have a functional hot tub. I doesn't! It is broken no notices, no signs just misleading people then when you get there the staff is just "no big deal they charged extra for the amenities that they don't have" On top of that the rate changed as I drove closer. It went up $50 in 30 miles, which I had only agreed to because we had driven for 10 hrs and thought they had a hot tub. Misleading and I believe intentionally. They were listed as the only person in town with one. Gym had no air conditioning. It was 78 degrees, humid and no towels to use. The equipment was falling apart.and panels coming off the wall. Room had not been mopped the floors in the bathroom and hallway were dirty and had broken tiles. Bathroom towel rack was not properly attached to the wall. Breakfast was a 6. Normally I give places the benefit of the doubt, but this was just sad, a blatant lack of concern for the facilities and their patrons.
