The hotel was warm and welcoming. Customer service on the desk was fantastic. The room itself was very clean but was looking a bit run down. Stains on the carpet and no lock on the toilet door. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.

Room was nice and clean and catered well for my toddler too. Breakfast was great and had lots of gluten free options!
