Absolutely amazing reception staff. I had a pickpocket on a bus and they were marvelous help. Especially Yulia. I had a great special rate also and the room on lower level was quiet and very comfortable. Great hotel!

Very nice, helpful staff. Small room, inadequate bathroom. Excellent, plenty breakfest. Quite easy & quick road to downtown.

Stay was really good. People were lovely. The only issue we had was that we had a do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaners still came in. Other then that everything else was fantastic.
