Literally how this can be considered a 3* is beyond me! Literally filthy, my daughter has stayed in hostels that werent this bad. The window was stuck, the smoke alarm was sellotaped over which i had to stand on a chair to remove. We cudnt even unpack anything because the furniture,carpets etc were so bad we didnt want our stuff on it. The pic on your booking thing is not what this place is like. I will not ever book through you again. This place needs taking off your site. I have got loads of photos of the place but when i press add photo it doesnt let you add it.

After seeing the room originally book and finding out the window did not open. Bob at the reception desk rectify the problem by up grading me to a better room which was better equipped, bigger, clean, and comfortable that met the standard expected. He also gave me a little extra time for checking out which I really appreciated and for that reason I would recommend the hotel for anyone on a budget for an overnight stay.

We did not even leave the car to enter this so called hotel. On arrival there was people drunk drinking cans of beer on the entrance to the building. The canopy was full Of Massive holes and very dirty looking. Did not look like a safe environment for a family so we searched elsewhere.
