Carpets on my floor were terribly dirty, and the bathroom baseboards looked like they had been scraped to be painted and then not painted.

Good breakfast, good location. Quiet room. Staff was polite and helpful enough. The street where the entrance is, is not the prettiest street in London, but it is a good place to set out from if you like walking around town.
