We didn’t even stay and lost out on the money I paid. The smell was horrible, the sheets were dirty and there were roaches crawling around

First room 222 the door didn’t lock and window could be slide open from inside second room the inside door handle was broken the people ubove me were loud and disrespectful office didn’t do nothing about it and wouldn’t refund my money also has bed bugs and roaches

Front officw not overly accomodating. Spent 45 min trying to check in. I was the only customer. No exaggeration. Maybe it was an off night for them.
