Muy mal no lo recomiendo, reserve una habitacion, el dia del viaje, llegue al hotel y me han informado que no hay habitaciones y que mi reserva habia sido anulada por problema con el pago, No recibi ninguna llamada o aviso de HOTELES.COM o del HOTEL SANTANA en 2 semanas que reserve con anterioridad, por lo que estaba a las 11pm en PARIS sin hotel y tuve buscar toda la noche una habitacion en otro hotel y pagar 3 veces mas. PÉSIMO, Very badly I do not recommend it, I booked a room, the day of the trip, I arrived at the hotel and they informed me that there are no rooms and that my reservation had been canceled due to a problem with the payment, I did not receive any call or notice from HOTELES.COM or of the HOTEL SANTANA in 2 weeks that I booked before, so I was at 11pm in PARIS without a hotel and I had to look for a room at another hotel all night and pay 3 times more. dreadfull experience

Clean room, nice people,skinny stair way three floors up,no amenities such as coffe in the mornings,good location,close to Metro and buses....

Hotel Santana was adequate for the 1 night we needed in Paris. Basic, mostly clean accommodation, shower worked but was oddly placed in centre of room. Very limited hot water. Toilet was halfway up the stairwell on a tiny landing. Noisy neighbours until all hours, we assumed there was a family living in the small hotel rooms on our floor.
