During check in there was no English speaking person at the front desk, I almost didn’t get my booked room. Later on solved with more pleasant person who was there every day but late afternoon. Beds and whole hotel remember better days. Shower was super small and only with a cloth to protect splashing water everywhere. Breakfast with poor selection of a few salamis, dried up cold scrambled eggs and only a toast bread. Chairs at dining hall loosing their upholstery and overall looking pretty disgusting. There was a cigarette smell in many places of the hotel including the room itself.

A true vintage treasure! Family owned and run, you will feel as if you are stepping into 1970s Athens. With decor accents of museum uniqueness, true 70s art, you will also find no frills comfort with clean and firm beds. The monochromatic porcelain in the bathrooms are also so special. Check out a collectors item phone operator system, the vintage glass, classic decor and the collectibles around the fire place. With authentic kindness, experience the philoxenia (friend of strangers). Skip the bready “breakfast” and walk into the town for coffee and cafe stuff. The area is an up and coming new Greek fashion area, too. A great value and sincere owners/staff.
