We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast buffet with very service minded staff and nice spa. Only one improvement point to mention is that we would have appreciated if the glasses and coffee cups in the room had been cleaned.

I would rate the hotel excellent but had a bad experience when we arrived at the hotel. Night person was evil. Changed my whole experience. We arrived late and had a terrible flight and we just wanted to get to the hotel and relax. I got the hotel cause it had parking and when we arrived he said parking was full. We didn’t know the area and he didn’t offer much help. I told him I was upset about not having parking and he said if I don’t like it leave. It was 2 am. Next morning people at the front desk were great. I liked the hotel. Just that experience we had changed everything.

The contractor’s work started outside the window at 08.00. We were not informed. We complained in reseption. The reseption should take the case with the management. We heard nothing. Did not meet expectations. Sorry til say.
