Our room was not clean, the tub faucet wasnt attached to the wall, one wall had a large dent, the bedspread had stains, the free lotion had been open and used, but worse of all, the exit door closest to our room was broken and you could get in, but not out! Fire trap?? The desk clerk said it was supposed to have been fixed already. And, no other rooms available. Breakfast was bad and the tables were dirty. We left.

Bathroom was not clean and our smoke alarm went off and no one came to question it. Staff was too busy on their phone.

Everything was fine, but apparently the floors were never vacuumed or the bathroom mopped because there was spillage in the bathroom and there was lint and stuff all over the carpet in the room
