The location was excellent. The staff was helpful but late night valet parking staff was very few and I waited and looked for people for quite awhile. Also I found dinning billing mistake. The staff corrected mistake very quickly after my telephone call.

The DeSoto is in the perfect location! We were able to easily walk everywhere and were surrounded by beautiful willow trees and a surplus of bars and restaurants. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful and clean. There was an awesome bar in the lobby as well. There was a nice gym and pool. I was surprised by the wear and tear of the room. It was a very spacious room, with comfortable beds and modern decor; however, there was a lot of paint that needed retouched up. The paint on the door to the room was completely chipping off on two sides, there were marks on the walls that needed painted over, the vent in the shower was completely filled with dust, and some stains on the ceiling, etc. I was just surprised with how pristine the lobby and everything else is, that these easy revocations/cleaning/updates were not done.

Bright beautiful hotel in a great location, near most of the attractions. Helpful friendly staff. Nice pool, bar and restaurant. Definitely the hotel I would pick when I return in the future.
