Nice room..but only down fall! No microwave in the room

Was in room all settled in and was going to take a shower about 10:00 PM. The shower had no water. Called front desk she changed us to another room. Said for the problem she gave us a bigger and nicer room with a river view. So we Moved up there. The room was the exact same as we moved out of not any nicer or bigger and not as clean. Also the tub didn’t hold water for a hot bath. Which I have a broken bone in my back and a hot tub soak helps it immensely. But of course the tub in this room didn’t hold water. Not very happy at all for the price we paid for the room. And we even got a discount from Hotel.com. Was also told when I called that all their hospital discount room were booked. When we arrived and I told her my spouse was having surgery the next morning. She told me I should have asked for a hospital discount. I told her I did but they said they were booked. She said she had rooms available still. Bit didn’t offer us the discount.
