Staff were amazing and helpful. The meals were good at the restaurant. My only complaint was that my room was an adjoining room and I could hear everything happening in the room next door. Made me a bit uncomfortable.

The property is well situated to access Chester's historic and retail districts. It is an easy walk to the station, if you are not driving, and the numerous dining options near by.

Staff were amazing and very helpful. Food was plentiful. Room and corridor smelt of either burning plastic or some chemical. Carpet badly needed vacuuming. No AC. Very inconvenient for guests that you have less than a quarter of parking spaces available, forcing street parking.
