Booked a double ensuite room with sauna and jacuzzi the hotel was well located for the hospital and the centre of cambridge , so suited our purposes. The staff were excellent and catered to our every needs cannot fault them especially the manageress. The food breakfast was plentiful and we had dinner in the restaurant which was good also. the room was clean and the jacuzzi bath was great and the sauna but the shower was a trickle and not great. There was a bit of noise from the room next door which seemed very close. But overall lovely people, food, and a really nice stay.

Your bathtub/shower is extremely dangerous as it has an odd protruding section that requires one to take a shower in an odd position. And your plastic tub mats do not have suction cups that keep them sturdy. I slipped and feel twice when the traction mat failed to do its job.
