The front desk lady was terrible and rude. She took forever. She treated me like I was a criminal for no reason. My husband and I traveled all day to see our adult children and grandson. Last thing I need is a look down her nose attitude. Plus her hair was filthy and she was not well kept.

Translucent door to bathroom not a good idea. In the middle of the night when i used the bathroom and turned on the light, it flooded the sleeping area with light and woke up ny wife.
