Could not check in, and had to find other arrangements last minute. Booked through Expedia and paid in full a week prior. Sonder Marriott stated that payment wasn’t received from Expedia and didn’t send access codes. After my stay Marriott stated room was accessed and cleaned and both Expedia and Marriott denied a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Our stay was amazing! The room was clean and we felt right at home. The location was also nice due to it being close to everything we wanted to do. Also, loveee the luggage storage!! It’s so clutch. Overall 10/10 for sure!!

The room was easy to access with a good location, but I did have a few issues with the comfort of the room, especially the shower. I believe the room we stayed in had an accessible shower due to the seat, but it also did not have any way to prevent water from spilling across the entire bathroom. Additionally some of the hardware in the bathroom wasn't great (rusty or loose) which caused some hassle with getting the showerhead into a comfortable position. We used both the bed and the pull-out, and there was a bit of difficulty rearranging the furniture to accommodate the size of the pullout bed. There was a desk with some drawers in the main living room, and when I set some things down on top of the desk, the front piece of the drawer fell off because it was not assembled or tightened correctly.
