There was an issue with the hot water one morning, but it was resolved the same day. The reception staff was exceptional, at check-in as well with responses to issues. Gracias.

Clean, modern room with kitchenette. No mugs however so had to improvise with the terracotta pot of cuajada I had just bought. 24 hour reception were very helpful. There was no corkscrew in the kitchenette (screw top wine bottles don't exist) but I asked the elder chap who was on reception duty and he had one and kindly opened the bottle for me. I needed a tin opener (ring pull failed) the following evening but the younger chap on reception helped again. There is a sachet of shampoo and shower gel provided but no little soap to wash your hands. However, there are two supermarkets nearby to stock up on things (closed on Sundays). There was just a sheet on the bed (no duvet) so it got a bit cool at night. No television in the room but there is a common room in the basement with a large screen TV and again the elder chap on reception kindly showed me the way to the common room. There is a bus stop outside and the no. 1 bus stop is just a short walk away. I actually walked from the airport to the Residencia (1.5 hours) and it is very pedestrian friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Very basic and staff at reception doesn’t help much
