The breakfast buffet was fantastic! Well supplied with quite a spectrum of food items, it was an embarrassment of riches. The room was considerably larger than I expected. Sometimes hotel rooms in the UK are quite small. This one certainly wasn’t small. The staff was most helpful. I arrived two hours early and the staff allowed to leave my luggage with them until I came back to register later. I was most appreciative!

The building is a bit tired but our room was clean. The area is good for transport options (Hammersmith Station only a few hundred metres away) and it's a quick tube ride to central London. Our room was very quiet, with no outside noise and little to no corridor noise.

The bathroom had a weird smell icky substance on the floor and a bunch of random hair! The rooms are small…I was in a premier room on 3rd floor…there was no horizontal space, no bench, no drawers to put my clothes, no Kleenex (tissue), and the air conditioner kept auto turning off so I would wake up sweating. There are no amenities in the room. If you need a quick place to stay for a night, it might be fine…But I would like a not stay here again.
