Take a stroll along the property’s 200-foot boardwalk and dock to immerse yourself in the ocean’s sights and sounds. Borrow a crab trap and try your luck off the dock! October to March is when big Dungeness crab are most plentiful and the crabbing in Sooke harbour year round is fantastic! Take a kayak out for a leisurely paddle. Bring your boat? We have over 200ft of dock space! Sit on the terrace and star gaze or play a game of bocci ball together. Seascape Inn is a small boutique hotel situated on the Sooke Inlet just a kilometre from Sooke town centre.

Nestled on a stunning 2-acre oceanfront property, Seascape offers a serene escape just a 10-minute walk from vibrant downtown Sooke. Enjoy easy access to local attractions, including the Sooke Museum, Seaparc Recreation Centre, Galloping Goose Trail, Sooke Potholes, DeMamiel Creek Golf Course, and a variety of shops, restaurants, breweries, and hiking trails.

The property features five private units, each with its own entrance and outdoor space, ensuring a peaceful and independent stay. Shared amenities include the parking lot, a large private dock, direct beach access, and a scenic oceanfront terrace with a grassy area perfect for relaxation. A communal laundry facility is available for guest use from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Adventure awaits with two complimentary kayaks (first-come, first-served) for exploring Sooke Harbour’s tranquil waters. Guests can also try their hand at crabbing with provided crab traps, offering a true coastal experience. October to March is prime season for catching abundant Dungeness crab right off the dock crabbing is fantastic in the Sooke Harbour year-round!

This unit sits at the back of the property NO Ocean View from the cottage itself but full access to the dock, boardwalk, terrace and ocean front property. Located on Sooke rd so traffic noise may be heard.
