Nestled along Florida's Southwest Gulf Coast, between Sarasota and Ft. Myers, the condo is conveniently located in Punta Gorda & Port Charlotte just off Highway 41. It is minutes from I-75, Fisherman's Village, restaurants, beaches, and more. The resort style pool, hot tub, workout facility are all in sight from the lanai.

The space:
This unit has been tastefully updated with beautiful tile flooring, backsplash in the kitchen and neutral paint colors on the walls. This gated community has so much to offer. Cable TV, high speed internet, hot tub, gym and beautiful pool.

Stayed for one month, unit was as advertised. Master Suite exceeded expectations. Most other renters have been returning for many years and were very friendly and helpful. Some updating of cupboards and appliances should be considered in the next few years. We do plan to return if possible next year.

This is an excellent condo, with beautiful furnishings and decor. It is in a prime location both within the city/region, and within gated community. Teri was excellent to deal with and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if/when the opportunity arises.
