Gatlinburg Inn was such a wonderful place to stay. The Staff was even better. Its a special place . ITs a Great Place to stay. The only problems we had was not Related at all to the Inn. But to the state of gatlinburg is turning into. There was massive crowds. They block entrances and dont want to move. The crowds and streets and places to eat are fill with people Drunk. And the smell of drugs is everywhere. All over the mall at our time of stay. The bars near the inn was very loud some nights. Yelling screaming reving cars blowing horns. These woke us 3 or 4 times. Very late. Its very sad to see what the city of Gatlinburg is turning into. The streets was not family friendly .Thanks to everyone at the Inn done so well and their hard work. Was sad to hear Bunny Retired. The people there do a amazing job. And work very hard.

Besides the man that checked us in at 1am, everyone else was very friendly & helpful at the front desk. The maintenance man (we never requested maintenance but we saw him all over the property) was very friendly & showed us several videos & pics he had of bears. Unfortunately we only ate breakfast downstairs on our last day. It was fantastic. I really wish we'd saved our money & eaten their each morning. The older lady who worked at buffet was very sweet & helpful. We loved how close the hotel was to everything in Gatlinburg. It was convenient to bring bags & drop them at our room before going back out. I would definitely stay again. I do wish there was a door to get to the lower parking lot. That was the only real issue. To get to the front door (the ONLY door), you have to leave the lot, drive around the block & pull into the upper lot. Or, you can do what we did...take a cart down the hill & bring it back up.

Parking,clean room,staff and parking was excellent 👌
