The bathroom and floor needed more attention by the cleaning staff. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. The air conditioning worked fine. We were without hot water for about 24 hours but they did finally get it fixed. The pool and gym looked clean and well maintained but we didn’t use them. The laundry room was small and always in use. The maid took our towels and trash one day, but hadn’t restocked by 3:30 pm, which was inconvenient.

Room was ok except the sink was slow to drain and the bed was as hard as a rock. Breakfast was really bad with scrambled eggs, some kind of cheap sausage patty and really bad gravy.

Basic. Old sheets. No body wash. No bowls at Breakfast time. Not worth the rate.
