We stayed at the Inn at Market for 2 nights while we were in SF for a concert. This was one of the most affordable and convenient locations near the concert shuttle pick up. The immediate streets outside the hotel were fine but if you walk a block or two down, there are quite a few homeless. We stayed in room 108. The elevator worked, just made some weird noises. The room's ceiling had major cracks. There were about 3 shared bathrooms close to our room. One had the shower out of services and someone threw up in that sink which was never cleaned during our stay. The other bathroom's door did not lock so we just used the third bathroom. There are little signs in the room that say they offer complimentary slippers for the showers but I asked and they said they did not. We had a king bed and the room was fine for the price and location.

I Paid months ago for a room with a private bathroom. When I arrived my room type was not available and I was given a room with a shared bath. Room hadn't been cleaned in awhile old luggage tag in the trash can was from January 8th. I stayed in July. Staff was not rude but they were not helpful when asked questions either. I was not offered a discount for the downgrade or inconvenience just told I could call Hotels.cim and cancel if I didn't like it. Drawers were extremely and dirty. I left the room in better condition when I left than when I found it.

I never checked in & would like to be refunded immediately! The staff were terrible at doing their job, & cancelled my reservation but failed to refund my money. I would like an immediate refund to my debit card ending in *5697 !
