This 17th Century mansion, carefully restored to its former splendor by the descendants of the original owners, offers a prime location next to Vasco de Quiroga Square, Patzcuaro's main square. Hotel Mansion Iturbe features 12 individually decorated guestrooms with cable TV and WiFi access. All rooms are located on the second floor of the property. Guests can relax in the hotel's solarium. Tours are available upon request, where guests can explore nearby archaeological sites, Lake Patzcuaro or unique villages. The on-site Doña Paca Restaurant serves Michoacan cuisine. It is also available for a quick meal or a refreshing drink.

I’ve been to Pátzcuaro several times but this was the first time staying at Mansion Iturbe. The staff were friendly, attentive, welcoming, and in my opinion went above and beyond with the quality of service. Our room was impeccably clean, and one of the most comfortable rooms I’ve been to in Mexico. The hotel is such a jewel of a building with its colonial styling and decor. Our family loved this establishment. The only regret I have is not having stayed longer. We’ll have to make a trip again and stay here in future. Perfectly located in the center of town, everything is very walkable distance from the hotel. Beautiful old mansion converted into a hotel. Staff was friendly. The restaurant had good breakfast with good options.
