This is an absolutely awful hotel! Honestly, please, do not book with this company. They put us in an apartment with "windows with a pool view*. This hilariously consisted in reality of frosted glass windows in the bedrooms, which were 6 feet up the wall touching the ceiling and impossible to see out of. Added to that, the windows in the front (off the living area) had bars on them like a prison cell and looked onto a grey grafittied wall opposite. The whole place felt like a prison. We did not get a balcony or a patio as advertised. We got a sorry looking, very much neglected "yard" on the main road, with a broken table, no shelter from the sun, and a broken vent, through which we could see the basement and generator below. We didn't have a parasol outside, or a kettle inside, or even a plug for the sink. We had an ant infestation. The admin guys couldn't care less about our disappointment. We booked this hotel in February. We asked for a better apartment but they declined. We asked for a refund so we could move to a different hotel, but again they declined. There are no on site staff. You have to email or whats app and wait for ages for a reply. They couldn't run a bath let alone an hotel. Again, do not go anywhere near this joke of a company.

Parking isnt easy but that is somewhat understandable given the location. What is less understandable is the lack of communication (they dont respond on weekends) , no air conditioning in the bedroom (only the lounge) and a charge for towels. Otherwise fine.

In general we had a good experience during our stay. The apartment is well located and reasonably well equipped. The biggest inconvenience is that they have no staff in the premises and any problem has to be handled though a WhatsApp account that is slow to reply. When I arrived at the building, I had not yet received the email with the room information and door code, I eventually did, but it took me a while to contact them and get the information, also, the elevator was out of service and since there was no staff available at that time, we had to carry our luggage up three floors. The night before check out, we lost electrical power in our apartment, once again we had to contact the management via the WhatsApp account to have it restored, we were told that because of the time there might not be any staff in the building to restore the power and that we most likely would have to wait until the next morning, “luckily” there was in fact somebody available and after about 30min the lights came on again. We could definitely stay here again, but I think they should have at least one member of staff available 24h that can handle these type of issues, if not in the premises, at least on call. The company has many properties in that block, all of which use the WhatsApp account system, so I don’t think is an unreasonable request. I think it would be a big improvement in their customer service.
