Richard and Allison were great. Very friendly snd helpful carried our cases to the room. The housekeeper Gee was fabulous, kept our room clean every day and if we needed any extra tea and suger she was obliging. Always happy and very friendly. The dining area was grubby and worse for wear. Breakfast was pore hardly had any choice not even having fresh fruit. Didn't like the idea that you had to use the communal pot of jam and marmalade. Not hygienic. I ordered eggs on toast only to be told to get my own toast by the waiter.

The two members of staff we met were very helpful. The hotel appeared quite run down and our bathroom door did not shut. However, we were offered another room promptly . Unaware that no restaurant on a Monday or Tuesday. Breakfast disappointing - as limited choice. Apparently the hotel was waiting for delivery. One couple told there was only one egg left . It was obvious that the hotel is in the process of closing down. We should have been advised of limited options. Probably would have booked elsewhere.
