This property does not have elevators

When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.

The towels were so thin you could ser through them. No coffee even in the lobby.

I woke up about 5am to get ready for work. There were roaches everywhere. I was positively mortified! I would never recommend this hotel!!!!!! Bed was horrible as well. Could have spent less and got a much better hotel.
