We didn’t have time to enjoy the amenities but other friends there did and they enjoyed them. I loved the neighborhood feel and gated community. Felt very safe and at home feeling. Easy to check in and out. Will definitely be back.

Our stay was horrible because the guy that was supposed to give us the keys to the apartment did not give us key because we were not ready for their Time share events and it was only my husband key that worked, I can’t imagine if we had stayed more the days we booked. It would have been horrible. We called to complain but there any follow up.

I booked a stay at Club Wyndham Kingsgate in Williamsburg for my husband’s birthday celebration, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from start to finish. I had noted in my reservation that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, but there was no acknowledgment or small gesture to make the stay feel special. While I understand this may not always be guaranteed, even a simple “happy birthday” would have been appreciated. The check-in process was frustrating and much longer than it should have been. Instead of a quick and easy check-in, we were sent to two separate people just to get our room keys. After driving five hours and being pregnant, the last thing I wanted was to be delayed and pressured into listening to a sales pitch about attending an orientation for timeshares. I understand the employee was doing their job, but it felt very pushy and inappropriate when we were simply trying to start our weekend and relax. It immediately made us feel uncomfortable and honestly made us not want to book here again. The $250 security deposit was also shocking, especially since it was more than what I paid for the room itself. This should be made much clearer upfront. Once we got to the room, things did not improve. The room was outdated, had an unpleasant smell, and much of the furniture had visible stains, chips, and general wear. To make matters worse, I noticed several very small black bugs in the shower area, which was unacceptable.
