DO NOT STAY HERE! We should have left as soon as we saw the front of the building. The photos do not show the reality of his hotel! When we got to our room we were immediately hit with the smell of cigarettes even though it’s advertised as non smoking. The blankets were covered in cigarette burns. The desk was burnt. The walls were mouldy. The ceiling in the bathroom was caving in and the toilet had poop in it and there were dirty Kleenex’s on the floor. We didn’t stay and immediately checked out. The woman up front lied to us and said we would need to contact hotels.com for a refund. Hotels.com said the hotel was responsible for refunding us. The hotel would not refund us so we have to dispute the charge with our bank! Disgusting hotel.

The bathroom was not clean how it was supposed to be. The tub look like somebody just took a bath and left dirt in there. The side of the tub was dirty. The air conditioner was old, the building had the heat on which couldn’t be controlled. When the air got turned on my family instantly started coughing like something was in the air. There is no microwave present I was unable to warm up food I had. The staff was rude I spoke to the lady at the front desk she gave me a head nod. Upon checking on we were getting my stuff together and was forced out by house keeping, they banged on the door like they were the police. I wish I could get a refund this visit was unpleasant.

Lights didn’t work toilet was cracked not clean at all..seems like they are trying to remodel the place and I hope so
