Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed. Charming bathroom with nice soap and shampoo. Lots of equipment in kitchen

Our apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The main separate bedroom had an ensuite bathroom which was adorable bathroom. It had fantastic hot water and pressure. They was a second bathroom, pull out sofa and small kitchen/dining, lots of large windows. Daniela (hotel contact) sent clear instructions with pictures to collect our key for our after hour check in and greeted us the next morning to make sure all was well. The location is directly on the quiet side of the river which was fabulous after escaping the crowds on the other side. Plenty of eating and drinking options close by. We had free access to a washer/dryer which included soap/softener. Would definitely stay again if we return to Florence.

A full bedroom, 2 closets, living room for a incredibly low cost. Very beautiful deco. Although not a hotel, it has room service once/2 days, so sufficient imo. No breakfast, but has a full kitchen. Location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to all toursit areas. I had a few quibbles with the room with age related issues: 1. door wouldnt self lock, I had to get Daniella involved. No way to lock with magnetic pass. 2. The bedroom was very cold at night, after looking around, I found an air leak from outside (cold air) coming in from the installed a/c unit vents. Ending up putting 2 pillows against it, worked. 3. Heater doesnt work, asked Daniela, she confirmed. I still give it 5 stars due to the overwhelming positives.
