Easy check in, suitable room. WiFi didn't work, TV and remote didn't work, radiators needed bleeding and were very noisy

Needed three rooms for an overnight stay for a wedding reception. Rooms were clean and comfy. Free full English breakfast was very tasty. Dave was very welcoming and helpful, went above and beyond helping us with taxis when we were let down and struggling to book transport.
