The elevator was down so we had to use the stairs. This would have been fine but the stairs were disgusting. There were stains everywhere and even an AC unit falling out of the wall.

The room was very clean. And cold! Loved that! The beds were comfortable. The breakfast offering was very good. The staff was great and always available. The elevator was out- which wasn’t a huge deal for us on the second floor. The stairwell carpet was kinda gross but I’m sure it’s a high traffic area. This hotel is very conveniently located. The parking lot felt safe. You can tell it caters to team Events- which is what we were here for. Perfect for that. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Location was good. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Elevator has been inoperable for months, according to the staff. A/C in room did not work, but temperature was comfortable. Window blinds would not move.
